Over $600,000 raised for St. Joseph’s Healthcare

Runners, walkers and cyclists have brought in over $600,000 for St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton.

The money was raised through the Paris to Ancaster: A Ride for Research and the Around the Bay Road Race.

“We are truly grateful for our partnership with ATB and P2A,” said Sera Filice-Armenio, president and CEO of St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation.

“It is an honour to have the support of so many fundraisers and the amazing generosity of individuals, teams, donors and sponsors. Our community’s belief in keeping St. Joe’s at the forefront of innovative patient care and life-changing research is inspiring.”

Funds from these events have supported mental health and addiction programs, surgical equipment and research.

Both events will return next year.

The Around the Bay Road Race is scheduled for Sunday, March 31, 2019 and the Paris to Ancaster: A Ride for Research on Sunday, April 28th, 2019.
