VIDEO: The integrity commission is imposing a 30-day pay suspension for Hamilton city councillor Terry Whitehead after accusations that he’s harassed, city staff. Councillors all voted to prevent whitehead from communicating with staff other than the managers. Sylvie Lendvay reports.
