250,000 AstraZeneca doses on the way to Ontario

The province is about to receive more than 250,000 doses even after health officials decided to pause the vaccine. Ontario will not be giving out the shot, even as a second dose unless studies prove that the risk of blood clots is much less. Lisa Hepfner reports.
