19-year-old from Mississauga charged after driving over 200 km/hr

A 19-year-old woman from Mississauga is facing stunt driving charges after she was caught travelling over 200 km/hr on Highway 404.
The OPP’s Highway Safety Division shared the traffic stop on their X account, saying the driver was pulled over on northbound Highway 404 at Steeles Avenue in the Markham area.
Police tracked the driver going 204 km/hr and say she was charged with stunt driving and having her blood alcohol level above zero for a novice driver.
The 19-year-old faces a 14-day vehicle impoundment and her licence was suspended for 30 days.
