Mayor Ford out as football coach

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has been fired as the Head Coach of Don Bosco high school’s football team.

The Toronto Catholic District School Board released a brief statement announcing the move on Wednesday.

Ford started the football program over ten years ago and funded much of it himself. He also got into trouble with the Toronto city council ethics committee by soliciting for funding for the football team.
