15th Golden Trailer Awards Nominations

The nominees for the 15th Annual Golden Trailer Awards have been announced! The awards, which will be presented May 30, 2014 at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills, California, encompass a wide range of trailers-esque media such TV spots, posters, and viral videos and the categories include, but are not limited to, Best Action, Best Animation, Most Original, Best Sound Editing, and a chunk of categories for our neighbours abroad such as Best Foreign Romance, Best Foreign Comedy, Best Foreign Drama and many more. Warner Bros. seem set out on a mission as they are nominated for a staggering 51 awards for many of their films including Godzilla, The Lego Movie, 300: Rise Of An Empire and Her. Universal sits just under the throne with 32 nominations for films including The Purge and Neighbours. Rounding out the top three is Fox, which includes Searchlight, which is presented with 31 nominations for their movies including The Heat, Mr. Peabody and Sherman, and 12 Years A Slave.

The panel of judges for this years event include Entourage creator Doug Ellin, Divergent’s Neil Burger, Frozen co-director Chris Buck and writer of Snow White And The Huntsman, Evan Daugherty.
