A 53 year old Hamilton man is facing drunk driving charges after he fell asleep while going through a McDonald’s drive thru.
It happened early Sunday morning shortly after 1:30 on Upper Gage Avenue.

When an officer arrived the man failed a breath test and was taken to the police station. His car was impounded and he was given a future court date to answer to the charges.
