TransCanada says it has filed a $15 billion US lawsuit claiming that U.S. President Barrack Obama exceeded his power when he rejected the Keystone pipeline.

TransCanada is also filing a claim under the North American free trade agreement saying the denial was arbitrary and unjustified.
