Brantford police seek man after armed convenience store robbery

Brantford police are looking for a man following an armed robbery at a convenience store earlier this month.

Officers say it happened around 10 p.m. on Aug. 19 at a store on Lyndon Rd.

Police say an armed man went into the store and demanded money from an employee while showing them his firearm.

The man left the convenience store after receiving the cash.

Officers say no one was injured during the robbery.

The man is described as Black and approximately five-foot-five. He was last seen wearing a black hooded tracksuit, gloves, ball cap and a black face mask.
