‘Armed and dangerous’ man sought in Niagara Falls shooting

Niagara police are searching for a 28-year-old man following a shooting in Niagara Falls.

It happened at an address on Willoughby Dr. around 7:33 p.m. on Friday.

No one was injured in the incident.

Investigators are looking for 28-year-old David Joseph. He is wanted for discharge firearm with intent to wound/endanger life, pointing a firearm, careless use of a firearm, and possession of a firearm.

Police say they do not know his whereabouts. He was last seen driving a black 2012 Fiat with licence plate number CJKL 632.

One or more of the vehicle’s windows may have sustained damage, police say.

Joseph is believed to be armed and dangerous. Police are warning the public not to approach him, but call 911.

Investigators believe this was an “isolated” incident.
