Hostess to sell Wonder Bread

Hostess is reportedly close to selling its Wonder Bread to Flowers Foods.

Flowers has offered to buy Wonder Bread and some other brands owned by Hostess for $360-million. With no other bidder making a competing offer, it seems likely the brands will go to Flowers –pending approval from a U.S. bankruptcy court.

Hostess is expected to have two more auctions next month, as it tries to auction off other popular snacks such as Twinkies,
and Devil Dogs.
