Fever medicine recall
Health Canada has announced that Prestige Brands is recalling some of its fever medicine for infants.
The company is recalling one lot of “Infants’ Little Remedies for Fevers” after testing showed that the medicine may contain less that the claimed amount of acetaminophen.
As a result, the product may not reduce fevers. it is a voluntary recall by prestige brands and Health Canada says they will monitor the situation.
