A compound in dark-skinned fruit and red wine could help seniors move around better.

Researchers found older mice that were given the antioxidant “Resveratrol” were able to navigate and walk on a beam better.

However, experts estimate the average adult would have to drink 700 glasses of red wine a day to absorb enough Resveratrol to get the same effect.
