ER wait room times online
A hospital in Kitchener is posting its emergency room wait times online as hamilton hospitals consider doing the same.
More than 6,300 visits were made to the ER wait times website of St. Mary’s General Hospital in Kitchener since it began the listings earlier this month.
Officials from St. Joseph’s Healthcare in Hamilton along with Hamilton Health Sciences are reviewing the practice that lets patients know how long they will have to wait in the ER before they see a doctor.
