HAPPENING NOW:

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning the public not to eat a specific brand of frozen fruit because of a possible hepatitis “A” contamination.
The western family “Pomeberry Blend” berries is sold in 600-gram packages, and distributed in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
They may have also been distributed elsewhere in Canada.
The recall is a result of an ongoing investigation, and a number of known cases of hepatitis “A” in B.C.
More information on the recall can be found at www.inspection.gc.ca.
