First heat event of the year for Southern Ontario

A special weather statement remains in effect for the heat in Southern Ontario.

This is the first heat event this year and it stretched across Southern Ontario. While some are embracing the sudden warm-up, others are wishing more was was available – specifically in Hamilton – to help cool off. Phil Perkins has more.
