From DVD players in the back of the family car to TV shows designed specifically for toddlers, kids have more access to media than ever before.

But a new report by the American Academy of Pediatrics reinforces its decade-old recommendation that parents should avoid television viewing for children under the age of two. As Melissa Raftis tells us, for babies TV can do more harm than good.
