City councillor Brad Clark apologizes after a private conversation about the building department was shared online

An audio recording of a private conversation with Hamilton city councillor Brad Clark was made public, shared on social media. Clark has since apologized for what he calls “baseless” comments about the building department.

It’s still unclear why the councillor would make allegations of corruption in the first place.
