Ontario is reporting 33 new cases of COVID-19 and no new deaths.

This is the lowest number of new cases in weeks and is down substantially from the 115 new cases reported Monday.

Health Minister Christine Elliott says Tuesday’s numbers include “routine data clean-up” by Toronto Public Health, which removed 21 cases that had been included in daily case counts.

According to data released Tuesday, another 75 cases have been resolved.

The province has 952 active cases of COVID-19.

Here’s how the numbers break down in our region:

Haldimand-Norfolk: 0 new cases, 21 active cases

Brant: 0 new cases, 7 active cases

Hamilton: 3 new cases, 31 active cases

Niagara: 1 new case, 40 active cases

Halton: 4 new cases, 25 active cases
