If you grew up in the 1980’s than you remember one of Canada’s greatest power trios- Triumph. Rik Emmett was the guitarist and singer in the band, but when triumph ended Emmett’s career didn’t. He went from hard rocker to classical guitarist to educator to poet. He joined us this morning to talk about his careers.
