Borrow Around the Bay

Tim Bolen checked out a partnership between the Burlington Public Library and the Hamilton Public Library. As Ontario is now in Step 3 the libraries are fully open again so you are able to borrow books and if you have a card for one library or the other, you can Borrow Around the Bay.
