Trying to get a better start on your day? Personal concierge Tarra Stubbins showed us a few new products that may help you kick off a healthier morning.

Stubbins says she teaches her celebrity clients tips and tricks to kick start their mornings that will in-turn kick-start the week. All of the products are Canadian.

“A lot of us are still working from home and learning from home but we still need those easy and healthy breakfast routines to have a great successful day,” said Stubbins.

Yumi Organic Overnight Oats

Stubbins says all you have to do is open up one of the Yumi oats packages and dump the contents into a jar. Fill it with a third of a cup of your choice of milk product. Then place it in the fridge.

She says you can prep these oats five days in advance and will stay fresh in the fridge. Yumi is full of fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and is made by dietitians.

“They also have a probiotic line, they’re the only one out there that has a billion probiotics in them,” said Stubbins. “You can add them to your overnight oats for a little extra crunch and flavour.”

Evive Smoothies

Stubbins says Evive eliminates the stress of making a mess with their smoothies. The product comes with a wheel of pucks that contain superfoods.

She says you simply place the pucks into a cup and cover the pucks with whatever liquid you want to use. Then cover, shake and it is ready to serve. It contains three to four servings of fruits and vegetables you need throughout the day and 70 per cent organic ingredients.

Two Bear Coffee

Stubbins says Two Bear Coffee is unique because it comes in a can. It also has canned lattes and different tea-based beverages.

“They are flash brewed for extreme flavour, shelf stable meaning you don’t have to refrigerate them, great for on the go mornings,” said Stubbins. “Their secret is they have nitrogen within the can, so they remain frothy when you open them.”
