Hamilton police say a man is facing charges following a human trafficking investigation sparked by a video circulating on social media this month.
On Aug. 29, Ariel Rojas allegedly approached a 15-year-old and offered to facilitate her engaging in sexual services.
Officers say the suspect asked the victim to participate in making pornographic material.
Rojas was arrested and held for bail.
Police say he is facing charges of criminal harassment, invitation to sexual touching, procuring for sexual services under 18 and the failure to comply with probation.

Investigators believe there are additional victims and witnesses and are encouraging them to come forward.

Police would like to encourage anyone who believes that they may have been a victim of human trafficking, to come forward and report the incident to police.
