VIDEO: A stand-up comic from St. Catharines is being called Canada’s youngest comedian. Eleven-year-old Ronald Warren has been telling jokes on stage for the last couple of years. He and his father Tommy joined host Rick Zamperin on an all new episode of Newsmakers.
