CF-18 flypast planned for Saturday’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats game

As part of Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation Day, a pair of CF-18 Hornets will soar over Hamilton Stadium during Saturday’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats game.

The low-altitude flypast is scheduled for around 3 p.m.

The aircraft is expected to fly over Hamilton at an altitude no lower than 500 feet above the highest obstacle along the planned flight route.

The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) says these flypasts are carefully planned to ensure public safety and will only go ahead if weather permits.
