2026 housing market forecast

From a federal election last spring, to the introduction of American tariffs, and interest rate cuts by the Bank of Canada, Canada’s housing markets weathered quite the storm in 2025. Should we expect more of the same this year? Michael St. Jean from Michael St. Jean Realty offered his thoughts.
