It was a busy weekend at the Toronto International Film Festival, and things aren’t slowing down as the Canadian actor Brandon Jay McLaren spoke with CHCH News.

The new limited series Wayward makes its world premiere at TIFF this year, and follows the coming of age story of teenagers that have to escape a mysterious and sinister correctional school.

McLaren spoke with CHCH News reporter Emily Tayler to talk about his experiences filming Wayward in Milton and Toronto.
