A West Lincoln man has been charged for spray painting messages and property damage dating back to this spring, and police are searching for another man in a related mischief incident.

Niagara police responded to a residential address in March in the area of Concession Road 2 and Caistorville Road for a property damage call.

Since that time, members of 8 District police have attended the same residence on four additional occasions for incidents involving property damage, spray-painted messages and mail theft valued at more than $100,000.

On Sept. 4 detectives identified, located and arrested Mark Kushner, 65, and charged him with break and enter, mischief and criminal harassment

Related Mischief Incident

Detectives believe Kushner’s actions may be connected to a mischief incident around 11 p.m. on Aug. 26 in which a man walked around the same West Lincoln area and smashed several windows. The suspect was caught on camera and was in possession of a blue motorcycle (pictured).

Detectives do not believe Kushner is the male suspect.

Residents in the area are asked to review any surveillance footage on Aug. 26 between 10:30 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 905-688-4111, dial option 3, extension 1009702.
