Niagara OPP are asking for the public’s help in the investigation of multiple incidents of rocks being thrown from overpasses onto vehicles in the St. Catharines area.
Police say that while damages have been reported no injuries have occurred, “but that could easily change,” says an OPP member, adding that “it is dangerous and it needs to stop.”
Rocks were recently thrown onto cars on Highway 406, the QEW near Mountain Road and Highway 58 near Pine Street.
Anyone with information or dash cam footage is asked to contact Niagara OPP at 905-356-1311 or Ontario Crime Stoppers should they wish to remain anonymous.
