New hub at Hamilton Fringe Festival transforms King William Street

It’s almost Fringe time! The Hamilton Fringe Festival begins tomorrow and runs until July 27th. The heart of this year’s events will take place on King William Street, which will be transformed into ‘Fringe Boulevard’.
