Three aviation investigations launched in U.S. within 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours, the National Transportation Safety Board has been called to investigate three separate aviation incidents. On Thursady, a helicopter broke apart midair, crashing into the Hudson River and killing all six occupants, and at Ronald Reagan Airport, two jetliners had a collision on the ground.
