VIDEO: Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the federal government will invest $192 million into the development of vaccines for COVID-19. During a news conference in Ottawa Monday morning, Trudeau said the month will be distributed to a number of different companies and post-secondary institutions to find a way to stop the outbreak.
