Bantleman’s family fight

Neil Bantleman’s family says the fight to move him to a safer environment is ongoing.

They say Bantleman is being held in a very unsanitary and dangerous area of a Jakarta prison.

According to the family, Bantleman is working with a support team on the ground in Indonesia, while they work on gaining the freedom of Neil and his co-accused.

They say diplomatic efforts by the Canadian Government continues in conjunction with efforts of other countries, including the U.S., Britain and Australia.

Neil’s brother, Guy says he was in Ottawa last week and held meetings with numerous MPs and the Department of Global Affairs.
