International Women’s Day

On this International Women’s day there has been a lot of focus on the gender wage gap. Women are still making less than men in the Canadian work force.

A woman working full time in Canada makes about 74 cents for every dollar a man makes and although it has narrowed over the years a younger more educated generation of women are still facing an uphill battle.
