Recipe:

Mango Slaw
A heart-healthy and diabetes friendly meal you can make with ingredients you have on hand. Chef Kershaw prepared this at ADI Development Group’s ARTINDEX. The colours remind of the changing LED lights that will dance on glass
1/2 cup mango peeled and julienned
1/4 cup cucumber julienned
1/4 cup sugar snap peas finely sliced
1/4 cup nappa cabbage chiffonade (finely sliced)
4 tbsps. mint finely minced
4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. veg. oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 fillet white flesh fish
togarashi spice mix to taste

Method :

Simply combine all the ingredients for the slaw and adjust seasoning. Dust the fish with togarashi and sear until just cooked.
