Newborn baby dies one week after London Costco crash

A week old baby delivered by an emergency C-section after her mother was hit by a car at a Costco in London has died.

The baby, named Rhiannon Bozek, was listed in critical condition after she was delivered immediately after the crash. The accident happened July 25th, when a car reversed into the front doors of the Costco.

The baby’s death comes one week after the passing of her six-year old sister, Addison Hall. Danah Mckinnon-Bozek was eight-months pregnant at the time.

She remains in hospital in good condition while her three-year old daughter Miah remains in fair condition.

Police are still investigating what happened and say it could be weeks until they decide whether to lay any charges against the female driver.
