Ontario health officials will provide their regular COVID-19 update Thursday afternoon.

The update comes as the province set a new daily case count record, reporting 4,736 cases on Thursday.

The update is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.

Meanwhile, the province says it will release updated modelling numbers on Friday.
