Ontario schools to move to online learning following the spring break

All Ontario schools will be moving to online learning next week.

Premier Doug Ford made the announcement today, saying the move was made in response to the rapid increase in COVID-19 cases and the spike in hospital admissions.

No timeline has been set for when students can return to in-class learning, Ford said the decision will be based on COVID-19 data.

Child care for non-school-aged children will remain open, before and after school programs will be closed.
