Officials say Colorado shooting suspect prone to rage, delusions

Details are emerging about the man accused of opening fire at a Boulder, Colorado supermarket.

Police and former associates of the man describe the suspect as sometimes prone to rage or delusions.

But a motive behind Monday’s mass shooting that killed 10 people remains unknown.

Authorities say Ahmad Alissa, 21, purchased an assault weapon less than a week before the attack.

Alissa, who is from the Denver suburb of Arvada, is due to make a first court appearance on Thursday.

He’s facing ten charges of first-degree murder.
