Police ID minivan crash victim

Police have identified the man killed on the side of a Kitchener road yesterday as Edward Rizzo, 56, of Hamilton.

Rizzo was working in a trench off Fischer Hallman Rd when a car lost control and struck him.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation, but alcohol was not a factor.
