Niagara police have arrested a fourth person in the death of 28-year old Michael Motz. 23-year old Leroy Allen Conrad of St.Catharines is facing second degree murder charges.
45-year old Anita Kooger, 21-year old Ulysses Alligood and 19-year old Shaun Hillier are also facing second degree murder charges. Motz died after he was found lying on the street outside a home on Cosby Street in St. Catharine’s. Witnesses say he was thrown out of a van and left for dead.
