Survey finds Liberals would win another minority government if an election were held now.
A Forum Research survey finds Kathleen Wynne’s brought the Liberals back into a tie with the Tories and a statistical dead heat with the New Democrats.

The poll estimates the Liberals and Progressive Conservatives are each at 32 per cent support while the NDP’s at 29 percent.

Forum president Lorne Bozinoff says the Tories must improve their standing in and around Toronto to win.

The pollster adds “The Tories are not making traction in the 905 … and the 416 is just a writeoff for them. They’ve got their work cut out for them.”

Bozinoff says the New Democrats vote is concentrated in downtown Toronto so ”it’s hard for them,” but points out the NDP may have tapped into one possible election-winning issue: cutting auto insurance premiums by 15 per cent.
