Rogers Communications has appointed a new CEO to take over for outgoing President Nadir Mohamed.
52-year old Guy Laurence will take over as the top executive of the communications giant on December 2nd. Laurence is currently the CEO of Vodafone UK, a major wireless provider with operations in several countries.
Mohamed was appointed to take over for the late Ted Rogers in March 2009. He announced his retirement in February. The company says Rogers has become the largest wireless carrier in Canada.
