Allergies in schools

Most families have moved the peanut butter to the back of the cupboard now that their children are once again eating lunch at school.

In the last decade, a rise in nut allergies has led to school boards everywhere adopting nut-free policies.

However, there are more allergies emerging and it could make snack time a whole lot harder.
