Niagara police confirm remains

Niagara police are now confirming that a 21 year old Toronto man found dead in King’s Bridge Park was murdered.

Sathiyaraj Mahendran was found not far from the outlet of Chippawa Creek back in April.

The park was closed for several days while police investigated.

Mahendran was reported missing to Toronto police before his body was found.

At this point, police are not saying how he died.
