Advisory for Grand River levels

An advisory has been issued for people planning to be near the Grand River.

With 40 to 50 millimetres of rain expected over the watershed during the next 24 hours, the Grand River Conservation Authority says there will be higher river and stream levels and flows.

The fast moving water could pose a hazard.

The GRCA reminds people near the water to be aware of the changes, and keep pets and children away from the banks.
