Questions about MacKay dog Harper during Burlington visit

Updated: The prime minister spent the day in Burlington checking out how federal tax dollars have been spent in the city.

But there were bigger issues on the agenda – including whether the PM thinks defence minister Peter MacKay should be reprimanded for using a search and rescue plane, and whether or not Harper will sign a border security deal with U.S. president Barack Obama next week.
