Changes at BlackBerry in Waterloo

BlackBerry, once the undisputed leader in the smartphone market, has cut another 100 jobs in Waterloo, as the company continues to downsize.  Kelda Yuen spoke to residents and entrepreneurs in Kitchener-Waterloo Tuesday about how the tech giant’s recent troubles are affecting the region.
