Toronto cop killed trying to stop stolen plow

Condolences are pouring in from all over the country for a Toronto police officer, killed by a stolen plow in the city’s west end.

As Lisa Hepfner tells us, Sergeant Ryan Russell is being remembered as a hero and Toronto’s police chief says his death is being investigated as a homicide.
