If you’re looking for the hottest toys to give this holiday season, who better to ask than the chief play officer at Toys ‘R’ Us Canada, Aiden Hepburn.
Hepburn joined Tim Bolen on Morning Live to feature five of the best toys to give children this Christmas.
Rainbocorns Fairycorn Surprise Series 4
This toy by Zuru includes a fairy glitter heart, colour change poop and fairy wings that you can wear. There are also seven new Rainbocorns, including Toof the Bunnycorn, Vacay the Poodlecorn and Honey the Rare Golden Hippocorn.
Monopoly Builder Board Game
This new board game is Monopoly with a strategy twist on Monopoly Island, which is located in the centre of the board.
Players travel along the board as they buy properties and collect rent and resources. Builder’s blocks are also used to build an island city. The game ends when the penthouse has been built and then the player with the most points wins.
Star Wars Galactic Snackin’ Grogu Animatronic Toy
This Grogu, also known as “Baby Yoda,” comes with accessories that he will react to when put in his hand. For example, he will make eating sounds that let you know if he thinks the food put in his mouth is good or bad. Grogu will also reach up with both arms when he wants to be picked up and held.
Lego City Stuntz Stunt Show Truck
This playset includes a flywheel-powered stunt bike. When activated, the bike launches from the ramp to hit the bull’s-eye and drop the clown into the toy dunk tank.
This toy also comes with four minifigures, including three Lego City Adventures TV series characters.
My Squishy Little Dumplings
These tiny toys fit in the palm of your hand but have big personalities when you squeeze them. My Squishy Little Dumplings also speak their own language and will tell you how they’re feeling using the light on their head.
